Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please Contact Us.  Shipping charges included in an order will not be included in any refunds unless stated otherwise.

 

Statutory Right of Withdrawal for European Union Consumers

  • 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: Pursuant to EU Directive 2023/2673, if you are a resident of the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days from the date you (or a third party designated by you) take physical possession of the goods. You may exercise this right without providing any reason.

  • Electronic Withdrawal Function: To exercise your right instantly without contacting support, you may utilize the standardized electronic withdrawal tool located permanently in our website footer labeled "Submit Withdrawal". The workflow requires a two-step verification of your name and order reference number, followed by your final activation of the "Submit Withdrawal" button. An automatic receipt confirmation email will be dispatched immediately upon submission.

  • Strict Health and Hygiene Exemption (Article 16(e)): Due to the sensitive nature of our health, beauty, and cosmetic products, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been unsealed, opened, or tampered with after delivery.

  • Condition of Returns: For a withdrawal request to be legally valid and eligible for a full refund, the protective hygiene seal, shrink-wrap, or safety packaging must remain completely intact and unbroken. If a product is returned with a broken, cut, or removed hygiene seal, the return will be rejected due to health protection and contamination risks, and no refund will be issued.

  • Refund Timelines: If you withdraw from a contract with an eligible, completely sealed item, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notification or physical return verification. You are responsible for covering the direct costs of returning the physical items back to our fulfillment facility.
