Frequency & Processing: Subscription orders are automatically processed and shipped based on the billing frequency you select on the product page. This selection is visually confirmed in both your cart and during the final checkout process to ensure total accuracy.

Shipping Timelines: Your initial subscription order is processed within our standard 2–3 business day window. All subsequent recurring orders will be processed automatically on your renewal date and follow our standard delivery times.

Total Control: You remain in full control of your Virtuo experience. You can manage, pause, or update your subscription at any time through our Customer Portal or by reaching out to our dedicated customer care team for personalized assistance.

Subscription Policy Addendum (EU Customers Only)

Section Title: Right of Withdrawal and Subscription Lifecycles

  • Application to Initial Order Only: For recurring product subscriptions, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies solely to the very first delivery of that subscription contract. The 14-day cooling-off window begins on the day you receive the first shipment of your subscription lifecycle.

  • Subsequent Subscription Renewals: Automatic recurring subscription cycles and renewals do not initiate or trigger a new 14-day product withdrawal window. Subsequent monthly or periodic subscription charges are not subject to contract reversal or refund under the Right of Withdrawal.

  • Distinction Between Withdrawal and Cancellation:

    • Contract Withdrawal: Reverses your initial contract within 14 days of your first order, requiring the return of the completely sealed product for a full refund.

    • Subscription Cancellation: Stops future recurring billing cycles going forward. To prevent future shipments and charges, you must utilize our customer subscription portal to cancel your profile before your next scheduled billing date. Cancellations do not retroactively undo or refund previously dispatched orders.
